New England’s Top Business Leaders Gathering in Beverly, MA For Fifth Annual Future Forward Executive Retreat on November 1, 2005

Limited Sponsorships Available for Event Participation

Boston, Mass (October 12, 2005)—Future Forward Events, LLC., the producer of the annual Future Forward Conference since 2001, today announced the fifth annual Future Forward Conference taking place on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at Endicott College’s Tupper Hall in Beverly, Mass. Major sponsors for Future Forward 2005 include Foley & Lardner LLP, UK Trade and Investment Invest Northern Ireland and Polachi & Company.

Specifically, this year’s conference is an invitation-only event that brings together the Future Forward 100—a group of New England’s top entrepreneurs, investors, and technology executives, as defined by Future Forward’s advisory board. The conference is a one-day executive retreat designed to share lessons learned from successful entrepreneurs, engaging product demos, and fireside chats with well-known thought leaders.

Featured sessions will include fireside chats with Michael Ruettgers, Chairman of EMC Corporation, and Ray Kurzwell, author of The Singularity is Near and winner of the National Medal of Technology; a panel discussion with CIO’s from well-known companies including Dunkin Brands Inc., Timberland, DeScenza Diamonds, Partners Healthcare and Iron Mountain; a discussion with several entrepreneurs now working as venture capitalists; as well as demonstrations of new products (and products in development) from five technology companies.

“As a three time participant at Future Forward, I’m delighted to see this uniquely positioned event continue to evolve,” said Mike Grandinetti , Chief Marketing Officer of Virtual Iron, a provider of data center virtualization and management software solutions. “It’s the ideal conference to attend in order to gain a broad perspective on critical trends affecting our industry. What makes the event so unique is that it is supported and attended by such an inter-disciplinary community of senior practitioners and investors who are clearly thought leaders in their field.  I have continually found that this event has been valuable in enabling me to immediately bring the key insights gleaned at the event back to my own organization.”

Sponsorship
Future Forward participant registration is now full and the only way to attend this year’s retreat will be as an event sponsor. Each sponsor receives one sponsor pass and four participant passes for their company to use for clients or prospects.  Sponsorship packages start at $5,000.

“Sponsorship of Future Forward enables companies to reach the most influential technology entrepreneurs, investors, and executives around New England, “ added Shayne Gilbert, Future Forward Organizer.  “Through a quarterly dinner series and executive retreat, sponsors can interact directly with these key decision makers.”
